I too am a graphic designer and photographer and had cateract surgery on one eye about a month or so ago. That eye sees a lot of glare and halos and I’m concerned this is going to be a problem for my work. Did you have such an experience?

Third time.. Thanks for the article. I feel the same about people not mess’in with my eyes and I appreciate you writing to explain the procedure. I’ll probably be having it soon but in the meantime I’m upped my Vit C and E just in case it helps. I appreciate your writing about it.

Interesting item on News.com today regarding BMW trying to \burn\ their logo into people’s eyeballs, much like when you go outside, close your eyes, open them, then close them again, you get a latent image. This is similar to the problem I had with the slow refresh on the original rev 1 Kindle…. \it sticks to your brain\ … funny that BMW would try to do something like this for a movie theatre trailer using a giant flash gun behind the screen… but check the item: http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-20025875-71.html?tag=rtcol;pop .
